It's recently been unapproved by the FDA peeps so I'd been living in this fear of getting an epic fine for trying to import an illegal substance or something...
Basically it decreases appetite and increases thermogenesis so you both decrease intake and increase expenditure. Win.

ok ok I'll call them! :P I hate doing all this stuff, I'm overdue for the doctors and dentist too lol how about I just don't binge and then it's not a problem? haha & how long is ages? cause it usually lasts for the rest of the day. Anxiety over the food sounds likely though, I can't say I'm ever happy to have binged. Hope you're having a nice day! :) xxx
