I am amending my diet

To include cup a soups. Taking the diuretic tea puts me at risk of low potassium... which is pretty much balls for a lot of function. Ergo, cup-a-soups. Not solids, but the little floaty bits kinda are.

  1. Great idea! I lost quite a bit of weight a few years back on Ainsley Harriott's cup-a-soups. (wheat-free, yay!) They're super low cal and very tasty. I would just strain the bits out.

    Just be careful on how much sodium they have. I haven't ever really seen them, but a lot of soups have really high sodium levels :)
